Reviews from visitors:
Very enjoy visit this museum. I know about Johor history. The adult entrance fees is RM6 per person, group and children is RM4
Definitely worth visiting! The price is reasonable too, just RM6 per adult. If I remember it correctly, it's four storeys. It shows us how and who founded Johor Bahru, the Japanese occupation period, production of gambir and pepper, brief history of Chinese culture. I wouldn't recommend bringing children here because it might bored them.
A very informative musuem to know about history of Johor bahru
Visited in March. The Chinese Heritage Museum is an interesting museum detailing the history of the Chinese in Johor Bahru. The first two floors are dedicated to and have an amazing amount of detail about the different Chinese communities that settled and on their contribution. The top floor is a special exhibit on gambier, the crop that originally made Johor wealthy and first brought the Chinese over to work the crop. A great museum for a very small entrance fee, so I'm giving it an extra star.
Entrance fee MYR6. A place where you can learn about the relationship between local chinese community and the Johor sultans.
