Very Organized & well managed

A nice place in the middle of the city. The architecture itself is one master piece not needing any or requiring very less electricity during the day for lightning. The hall is another good attractions of the place and is mostly known in the city for. I wish the place would do more for science.

If you wanna learn Russian Language....here is the best place at very affordable price....

Good library and has auditorium where you can have your programme specially relate to stage art .

The hall architecture is perfect for events. During my visit I was really mesmerized by all those pictures on the wall depicting the beautiful culture of Russia.
