Super interesting gallery and home to regular art residencies in a converted house in medieval Patan. Lots of events, screenings, and exhibitions supporting local and international artists. Great space. Politics and principles are intrinsic to the way this place works, truly independent! Highly recommended.
A wonderful art space that pushes both aspects of curation and the concept of art. Kaalo.101 is one of the unconventional art spaces in Nepal. The works you will see here won't be exhibited elsewhere. A very comprehensive representation of recent works that have become hallmarks of Kathmandu's street art.

I found my home and second family in this place. I've always felt that I was different and weird in a some that I don't conform. Kaalo 101 was my safe haven, I feel home here.
The place and the art in display were amazing. Enjoyed my time in the place and was amazed after every flight upstairs. The people met there and the organizers, owners of Kaalo.101 themselves were soo friendly and open to conversations.
