Samson is an incredibly talented artist. My husband and I went to him to add on to our existing tattoos and get some reconstruction work on old tattoos. Samson took the time to listen to our concepts, made suggestions and got to work on our freehand tattoos. The results are stunning. I've never met an artist who can freehand with such fine detail and focus. I love his unique approach to each piece of work.
Samson is also incredibly kind, professional and a downright good person. Pacific Rootz Tattoo is welcoming and clean. We'll be going to Samson for all of our future tattoo work. See you next time Samson, and mahalo!
Went into Pacific roots as a walk in to get my first tattoo. The shop seemed very laid back. Francine took my idea and completely changed it making it 1000x better! She was very friendly and professional and by the time she was done I was nothing but completely happy with my tat. Fantastic job and well done! Could not have had a better experience anywhere else! Thank you!
I guess it comes down to timing and making sure that they don't rush. My sister in law and my wife both got work.
She did a great job on my sister in laws tattoo and was able to bring new life to a sea turtle she had done previously in Canada but was previously flat looking now has colour and a personality.
Unfortunately she spent so much time on my sister in laws stuff that she ran out of time to do a better job on my wife's cosmic gecko. It looks completely mis proportioned and some of the outline did not take.
It didn't help that my wife changed her mind in regards to the sizing and placement to the point the girl there had to go redraw the gecko to fit the new location.
She is going to have to have the whole thing redone back home in Canada.
Not sure if it's fixable?
Amazing! The quality and detail of my tattoo was perfect in every way. Samson and his associates were professional and treated me as if I was regular customer. Could not of asked for a more gratifying experience then have a piece of art to remind me of my visit to Maui!
