I can only describe my visit to the Kissimmee Good Will as oddly shocking, and here's why. As I'm browsing the store , I noticed the ladies tops, pants, shoes, dresses, everything has it's own individual price. In my past shopping experience with The Goodwill's in Chicago, Jacksonville Fl, Miami, Atlanta and a few others I have visited, all have tops one price, pants one price, shoes one price, dresses one price, and so on, and so on. Not sure of the reasoning for the different pricing but I don't think I'll be visiting that particular store again. In closing, the staff was very friendly and the store was clean and neat and well organized.
High double 5 on the excellent customer service from Louis,very nice guy ,black hat ..then Eric at checkout .wow nailed it. I had asked another female worker about a piece of jewelry,she didn’t have time for me I’m guessing.LOUIS took it upon HIS SELF to acknowledge me and quickly came to help me out BIG thanks to him ❤️❤️❤️
As we were dropping off donations, the guy was quick to respond negatively by yelling at us that they were not accepting donations. We had a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff that could stimulate the economy, but you'd think we would be treated with human kindness. This isn't the first time receiving such a negative response there. A young man's unwillingness to help with items up the steps from an elderly lady and a lack of response to greetings brings shame upon this community. Not worth coming back.
Great store for bargains. Clothes are organized by color and sizes Prices are very reasonable, but it’s a place where things are limited and could go fast. Lots of free parking and staff are limited on the floor.
This a convenient stop for us to run by. We have stopped many times recently to drop items off . Luis has been incredible help. He has great customer service, is very personable and works really hard to help everyone. Thanks again Luis!!
