An Unbelievable Great Service.
Wow. What a great experience it was to shop with this company. The salesman was so very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The quality of the table and chairs that we decided on were of a very high standard. Great value for money. The delivery was as quick as you could wish for and well timed. One star only because I’m unable to place a no star this has been a huge disappointment I had a great experience purchasing but when it came down to the delivery it was just terrible we got charged $65 delivery fee for something that we could have done ourself for free, a woman and an approximately 8 year old child showed up at my house on a rainy day stating I have to help her bring the bed down, and the mattress ripped on the door and the lady said that it was our fault! When we are just HELPING her bring it down we aren’t supposed to because the furniture should just have been delivered and placed in my house without us touching it. ( a $500 mattress ) What kind of service is this, when we called to complain they literally blamed it all on us so this store is defiantly not a costumer prime store, mind you I even got scared of the lady screaming on the phone ( the owners wife ). Onces i am done paying for this bed I don’t believe I’ll be back how I had originally planned.
