Paid 200 for Monthly. Nothing was explained about the monthly except that it covered the 20 hours and engineer. Hour before first session of 4 hours out of the 20 they message and say the engineer was gonna be extra. When we booked the monthly that should have been stated when we was doing business to book the monthly. Wanted a refund back because business wasn't handled correctly. Had to wait 3 days for the refund. Was giving us all these run arounda. Different numbers to call. Finally Don who is the engineer and manager called us to come get the money. And said he got 180 to give back. We called for the next 20 because mind you we paid 200$ for the monthly. We tried to call and text for the next 20$. No call no text back. Like how y'all supposed to be this big top shot studio company and can't give people back what they gave them. Side note: if you go in the store for a refund, they give you back all the money not keep 20$ and give you back the rest!!! Bad business on Don Baller behalf
