Thank you to happy face entertainment for allowing us to rent on such short notice. My little girl was so happy to have an extra couple of hours more with the bouncy house so thank you for picking it up at a later time.
This was my first ever bounce house rental for any of my children parties. I was not only pleased with the cost of the rental but the whole process was easy online, contract was very clear and paying it online was not a hassle. The crew came exactly on time, not only did they hook us up with the waterslide option (I could only afford the dry bounce house and it was super hot and for no extra charge they gave my children the best birthday experience ever) but it was set up easy, fast and they took a lot of time to disinfect and clean the exterior and interior.
When I came out to offer them a bottle of water, they had already left like night ninjas We got an extra day with no charge which made it even more magical because we as a family were able to enjoy the bounce house alone the day after.
For us this past year has been a trying year and with Covid-19 just threw a monkey wrench in all of our lives. This memory will stay in our hearts and minds forever and having the great customer service will definitely make me come back for another event. Thank you for continuing to bring happiness and joy to each event you set up even during this pandemic. We are very happy with the company and rental.
I called them because the company I had booked never showed up and my event had already started. In less than an hour after I contacted them, I had the bounce house and chairs I needed. Luckily, they had a driver out that had exactly what I needed. Spend the extra couple of bucks on a reliable company.
I am an event planner in Central Florida. For two years, I regularly hired William's company, Happy Face Entertainment, for all of the events I hosted as the event manager for a mall in Kissimmee, Fl. Despite regularly being late to our events, I trusted his team and continued to book them. In addition, I'd regularly book them for events for my own company. I used their bounce houses and concessions and they were my preferred vendor. Though some clients complained as on one occasion their concession machines didn't work, and on two occasions their bounce houses were either dirty or damaged, I overall trusted their team and continued sending them business. In December 2017, William subcontracted three of my character performers when he could not fulfill a gig he was hired for through the Kissimmee Chamber. I sent him the three characters for 2 hours and only charged a highly discounted $500. William has never paid our company and ignored all communication for almost two months. When he finally answered my call when I dialed from a different number, he simply said he was going through hard times and would not be able to pay. I waited all of 2018 to give him a chance to make things right, but he never did. I am thoroughly disgusted at their unprofessional behavior and how they took advantage of my company after I sent them THOUSANDS of dollars worth of bookings for two years. I warn everyone I know to avoid this deceitful and unreliable company. It's a true shame because I know they're a family business and they are talented, but business is business and this is unacceptable.

I made a payment on a foam machine party package and not only were they late after an hour of waiting on them to set up they tell me the machine is broken and couldn't do it. As you may imagine the kids were all disappointed after the long wait only to be told it wasnt going to happen. Then the owner william tells me to my face he will give me a full refund and after 2 months of back and fourth calls and text messages again I got $0. I wouldnt believe some of the 5 star reviews do your research the company has been reported to the better business bureau for bad business.
