An amazing performance. Good stories of Mahabharata. Most importantly mind-blowing facial expressions. Reasonable fee. Through out the show, I was wondering about the levels of dedication and hard-work the artists have put in. I am glad, this place is trying to educate and promote about Kathakali and stopping this ancient and classical art form from having a slow death.
One can visit a bit earlier than the actual showtime to observe the process of makeup and dressing. The place was sparsely filled and most of them were foreigners.

Had a chance to visit this amazing small art gallery in Fort Cochin last December. It was fascinating to see every day life of kerala captured so beautiful and lively in the confines of canvas. Benny Varghese is a gifted artist who also runs Ente Bhoomi art gallery & school of arts has a mission at hand - Save Green, Save Trees and Save Forests. His paintings resonate and reflect the message clearly and will leave a deep impression of the same in your heart. Do visit next time when you are in Fort Cochin.

A really interesting shop in Fort Kochi town. Lots of very unique antiques for sale, from small items to very large intricate, almost historical items. Prices do vary for these. The larger items will be quite expensive because they are real historical antiques. Staff members are very friendly and helpful and always available to explain about the items.

This is one of the oldest shops in Fort Kochi which sells antiques, wood crafts, and various other souvenirs for all kind of budgets. The owner, Mr John, is the fourth generation host of this wonderful space. We spent hours looking for and buying gifts for our family. This shop has been here for more than 70 years.
