Such a enriching place it is. It's a huge collection of everything. You name it and you will find here. I thoroughly enjoyed here. I wish I had time to hire a guide and understand everything completely. We just scrolled through the departments here and tried to understand in a glance. Highly recommended for children and college students.
Wonderful place to visit. Things are maintained well. Entry fee is Rs 50/-, if you want to take photos on mobile then you have to pay Rs 50/- extra.. The perfect place for young kids. Real Egypt’s mummy can see. Vast collection of coins. Ancient time Hindu gods and Buddha statues. Many more to see.....
The famous museum. Really interesting! This is the best place I've ever seen. I like this museum another museum. And I think not only me but everyone loves this museum. Every section of this museum was interested. The most interesting section was the Egyptian section. I was feeling goosebumps when I entered here.
Huge collection but not well preserved. Specially the geological section the rocks are not well preserved. The zoological section is very good and amazing. Newly made botanical section is also very much well decorated. The historical is also good. The interpretations are quite helpfull. But the most problem of such a museum is there is no extra rebate for students. Students must be provided ticket in lower price than others. But government never gave focus on this matter.
Place of historical significance. If you want to have a thorough look at every thing there, you need at least five days. You need to have a entry ticket as well as permission for photography inside the museum. the counter is right outside the entry. The place is great for a family day out or date.
