We originally missed our booking with wrong months/dates but Marko was really helpful to make it worked out when we arrive.
Their room is really well-maintained and the air-conditioned functions very good especially during super hot days we're there. Their showering works well and the bed feels really comfy for we had good sleeping quality after long hiking day from Lovcén. From the room decoration and it's aesthetic details, you can easily tell people run this place with their hearts. They have continuously touched our hearts with countless times while we were there.
We really like the way how they take care of every detail to make guests feel back home. After Kotor, we're heading to Dubrovnik, Mostar, Sarajevo and Split by bus. The bus company required us to print out all the tickets. We were a bit worried at the moment for most bus travels we simply use our phone to scan.... so we asked Marko about printing information in Kotor and we really appreciated his generosity to make the copies for us to have more time explore Kotor without worries. He is so great!!!
During the hot sweating day time, we asked Pauline for the direction to go swimming. Out of our surprises, Pauline's husband Zoran drive us directly to the beach for swimming and gave us clear information - only 5 mins walking back to Art Rooms. They are really nice couple and we are really happy to stay there to make our trip in Kotor very delightful with lots of good memories.
Kotor would be one of our revisit places and we definitely will choose to stay here again for more good memories!!

The price was higher than the one on booking because I stayed one night.
They would not give us the rest and no POS card - we paid after we changed the money and did not give us any kind of receipt even though I asked them by mail to the owner.
Total disarray on the balcony and in the room there were 2 bottles on sight and the maps left by the previous ones!
The bathroom was moldy and the shower did not support it.
Besides, the Booking said we have 2 more hours over the normal check-out time (the main reason I took the room), but the owner said he could not offer us that.
