Reviews from visitors:
One dimensional façade inspired by Bart Simpson's hairstylist fronts a singular and exceptional interior.
Stylish, functional, spacious and a resounding success.
No need to dispense with popping into the restaurant.
Nice place.
I found it very relaxing.
Not to crowded so perfect for social distancing.
Its free aswell.
A great experience, actually one of the best. I've reviewed it after a visiting many times seeing the likes of Gavin Turk, Jeff Koons and John Hoyland, and I'm always blown away. DH own work currently on, is superb. Five stars and its free!
Open! Not crowded. Damien Hurst retrospective on at present, so it is what you would expect .
Went to Damien Hirst exhibition. Perfect timing for me as I just bought some of his art. Will take an hour to leisurely stroll through. Newport gallery staff were welcoming, friendly and the place was clean. The gallery is tucked away from main road surrounded by flats and is not so close to a main tube station so will involve walking around lonely area. I was a little lost even with satnav so it may make some a little uneasy walking there. Plan your route or go with friends.
