Probably the best art equipment & supplements store in Lyon. A two-storey place with immense choices of paints, brushes, papers, frames, notebooks, pens, crayons etc. You can find almost all the best brands here with reasonable prices. The staff is very helpful.
Good selection of products for all your arts and craft needs. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and willing to answer any questions. The layout takes a little getting used to, but once you get it, it kind of flows. Surprisingly, this location has a nice selection of greeting cards.
I was shocked by the unprofessional and rude customer service. I have bought several things from the store the previous week. Everything was in great condition except one solidified paint which was already open and destructed inside. I went to the store today to ask for an exchange with the Same product and Same color but the saleswoman was very blunt and dismissed me. I found this attitude rude and unacceptable for I did not ask for a refund nor to completely exchange the product. I hope I’ll be able to receive the procedures I deserve as a customer who has purchased a malfunctioning product.
