Big toy store near the main street and train station. Collection of toys is rather large and I'm sure kids will love it. Prices were at a standard rate, not cheap but not expensive either. Staff spoke a little bit of english
Very bad service. I have been trying to communicate with the clerk through the WhatsApp number for several days to see if a product can be ordered and this person is passing the message and I do not receive any type of response. It seems to me a lack of respect and professionalism. I will definitely not buy more at this establishment.

What I did was ask if there was a product in the store because it was urgent for me to buy it as soon as possible and they told me there was none, so far so good, then I asked if it could be ordered and I had no answer and the next day I asked again and they didn't tell me anything either.
It's a pity that it happened, I advise my friends to be careful.
Everything was always good. But today the boorish appeal of the seller crossed out all the positive emotions.
This has never happened with other employees of this store. But the male seller (possibly new) crossed all the boundaries !!! It's humiliating and sad.
My advice, if you had to buy something in this store, do not ask unnecessary questions, you can be "doused with mud." Moreover, if your Spanish is not good enough, it will not be tolerated there.
P.s. I advise you an expensive toy store to choose more friendly staff or be patient.
I don't understand how a toy store has such unhelpful and serious staff, a minimum of raising their heads and saying hello when entering.
The boss's attitude towards employees and customers leaves even more to be desired.
I prefer to buy the toys in another place. I have been buying here for several years and I do it because of proximity but I don't go anymore, I don't know what happens to the lady but she talks to you upset, e. She seems to be stressed.
