Please don't expect a theatre. It's just how salt is harvest. Still there is a highlight for your skin. You can mud yourself in salt and shower it of. In the evening the salt lakes are changing colors.
It's nice to watch once you pass by anyway. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it as a must see.

We went to see the sunset and it was very romantic. A truly beautiful sight, the salt pans are a special and unique place. Giuseppe, the owner of the little bar where you can taste excellent local wines, is a very helpful person and explains well the various wines and the particularity of the place. It is also possible, throughout the day, to take advantage of the salt pans for beneficial treatments (scrubs, muds ...) absolutely worth trying! Really highly recommended!
