Long, nice stairs to Tsart Castle. It's quite a long walk, but the view is amazing. Also there are a lot of lovely houses, gardens. The stairs are super old, but comfortable for walking. Good way to cut the road and go from city center to the top within 30 min. The stairs are not crowded.
538 stairs. Or 538.5 stairs. Depends on how you count. Definitely a great area to load up your Fitbit. The fountain at the top saves lives, though it has a distinct metallic taste. Would recommend these stairs for anyone who is afraid of cars, buses, helicopters, horses, pedicabs, or being shot out of a cannon.
Walking this stairs every day, and by any weather.
