They deserve zero star, customer service is terrible. They don't know how to answer the phone, if they do. They answer you with a "hello" to the shouts, why not say "Banco Santander good morning", you do not know if you speak with the greengrocer on the corner or who (without discrediting the greengrocer of course) The automatic telephone system walks you for 20 options and when you select the options it comes back to the same thing, they seem like they don't want to talk to people. They don't give you solutions if we manage to communicate, they send you from one side to the other. I honestly do not know if there will be any supervisor or customer service department that reads these comments, nor do I think they are interested. Total mediocrity of this bank, its employees, its managers.
Very good branch and attention
A disaster, they take you late, they make you wait and anything they send you to a phone to call an 0800. The executives have never given me a proper solution. More over the ATMs always with problems. A total scam this bank.
