If this bank has made me mad for the love of God. One who goes to the bank? To withdraw cash. Well of course! I go and they don't want to give me anything, they tell me I don't even have an account but otherwise very well. Outside is a dog named jhonny.

Bad attention the guard told me to wait 30 min to use the cashier and never opened the door again then put a sign out of cervicio
The attention is good but the shift system they have leaves much to be desired, although you are the only person waiting you can wait up to 20 minutes for it to touch you. A pity I only go when I have a lot of time to lose !!
Bad attention, the self-service hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. according to the sign on the door. Today 05/18 the security guard prevented me from entering at 14:15, could they give a valid explanation.
