Awful service

Somewhat disorganized to distribute the people in the different procedures (deposits, cashiers, consultations). Good and fast attention.

Very good attention from Señor Morillas !!!!

Bad attention. I tried to make a deposit by self-service terminal, the machine restarted and did not print a ticket or return the tickets. I had to go during banking hours to make a claim, fill out a form. Then I had to go a third time to make a second claim to get the money credited. In short, three trips to the bank to make a deposit.
