The many different pieces from all around the world was refreshing to see as many people from these places came together to enjoy art. It was fun and eye-catching, all the creative ways the people behind the building placed the art. However, I did feel a bit claustrophobic because of the lack of space. There was a bit too much art in one area and it was almost impossible to get around without bumping into someone in some places. I do think that it was worth it, though, for all the creativity definitely paid off and made the Art Basel a world of its own.
The most fun art festival, took a pic with the 120k banana, too.
Mind blowing art! Art Basel is so cool!!! You can spend 2 days walking through the exhibits and still feel like you didn't spend enough time. It's great to meet the artists behind the masterpieces. Another aspect of the show is that you'll meet people from around the world.
What is there to say that hasn't been said about Art Basel? One of the largest and most prominent art events in the World, located right up the street from some of the most iconic Art Deco architecture and right on America's favorite beach? It's amazing!
Tickets are reasonably priced, the parking is really easy, and there are even affordable hotels nearby, so it can really fit into anyone's budget.
We enjoyed the facilities. Nice place to exhibit. We look forward to the next time.
