01/15/21 came to the store 13 minutes before closing. The goal was to choose a canvas, paints and a brush. A consultant with red hair quickly helped with the canvas, there were paints and brushes. And 10 minutes before the store closed, they turned off the lights throughout the store, making it clear that the sellers were determined to close. Naturally, I couldn't see the acrylic colors in the dark. I went to the brushes, at least the light from the shopping center fell on them. Many brushes are packed in kissing, when I asked the seller whether it was possible to look at the brush and how to find out which one it was inside, I did not receive any intelligible answer, I had to take a not quite suitable brush from the open ones. Moreover, the communication was not as polite as possible and with hints that let the guys dump faster, no one was waiting for you here. In general, the impression is disgusting, I would financially punish the sellers, to motivate them to adequately relate to their duties and not spoil the store's reputation.
Also, an offer to the store to fork out for a test example of products for each section (or ask the suppliers), and the lack of paint (or, as in the example with brushes, open brushes) sometimes makes it difficult to choose, and sometimes leads to the fact that you are doing the wrong the purchase that you need (because, for example, paints tend to change shade when dry, and brushes differ in hardness, density and quality of the pile)

The selection of goods is impressive, but much can be bought in construction hypermarkets for less.
