Galerie Blanc is one of the more surprising locations on Ste-Catherine Street East in the Gay Village. It offers a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of a commercial street that seems to have an abundance of honky tonk businesses. Don't miss it.
I walked down saint-Catherine and stumbled upon this outdoor exhibit. It’s pretty interesting and unique. Also there was no one there so I felt safe not getting corona.
I must confess that I am impress with the fact that this place (open in a very busy area of the Village) is always clean and neat and also well illuminated at night. It is an oasis in the busy street. Art selection is always interesting and I am always finding myself smiling at a piece or at the whole exhibition and thinking: Only in Montreal! I am glad we have this type of public space dedicated to irreverent public art in our city.
