I had two plaques made at coastal engraving’s for two separate occasions. Philip helped me with the process. One of my files was not completed the way it needed to be for the picture to transfer over to their printing process. Philip took the extra time to complete the picture so that it could be properly transferred to the plaque. He really went above and beyond.
I was extremely pleased with the price in the end product in the overall experience. Great people and good energy at this business. I would be happy to do business with them again. I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs to commemorate anything special. Phillip will take the time to make sure it’s done right.
Service was above and beyond anything I would have expected from an engraving business. They took the time to make certain that I understood what could and could not be accomplished with the item I needed to have engraved and also helped save me some money in the process. They also turned the order around for me in only 3 days as it was a bit of a last minute thing. But most importantly, our business suffered the loss of a staff member and we completely forgot to pick up the order. Sherry (the owner) actually offered to meet us at the store early Sunday morning so we could pick up the items before our event! Would give 10 stars if they had them to give!!

I have been using Coastal Engravers for at least ten years now for all my engraving and trophy building needs. These guys are great and always deliver in a timely manner. If there is ever a hiccup or something not quite right, they take care of it right away.
I highly recommend this business to all who want quality service at a reasonable price.
