I've taken a couple of their beginner aerial classes with Erika, and it was awesome! Erika is great at giving individual attention in a group setting. It truly is for everyone. As a fitness instructor, I see many benefits from an activity like this: stretching and mobility to strength and conditioning. Oh and it makes you feel way cool... bonus! Super fun!
I loved my experience with AbrasiveMedia. I took a beginning Ariel class, and the instructor was really helpful, patient and enthusiastic. It was a great space to learn in and I will definitely be going back!
Justin was great! He coached me through my first class and did a great job. Can't wait to go back!
