A wonderful change of pace from the French Quarter. Competitive dining, amazing art galleries, and historical landmarks. A must see for a tourist or locals.
I was part of an african drum and dance performance that was filmed there for the NAACP awards.
Finally got to walk around and see some of the beautiful exhibit. I Also had the privilege to talk with B-Mike himself about community policing, culture, youth etc.

Beautiful Venue with amazing people running the place. It's the perfect place for any kind of event you want to have. It's decorated amazingly and everything is clean. Well worth the visit.

This market is incredible. Local artists are able to share their work and meet patrons. In return, shoppers are able to meet artists, find one-of-a-kind items, and support local industry. There is everything from paintings to photography and sculpture to clothing and jewelry and cosmetics to pottery, handmade lamps and more! My friends and I each found items to love, purchase, and take home from this market. I even took cards for artists and businesses that I can continue to patronize online from 300 miles away! If you're in town and can make it to Frenchman Street during market hours, you definitely should!

The galleries have really grown in the warehouse district with distinctive art. I liked Callan Contemporary Gallery because the gallery owner has a lot of knowledge about art and gallery operations. This is a gallery that probably does not cater to the casual tourist who wants to come home with a trinket. This is a gallery more for collectors and it is very encouraging to see this in Nola. While the current offerings were not to my taste, I appreciated the show. The owner was unpretentious and helpful so that makes it a nice place to browse.
Ricky was knowledgeable and energetic. Didn't anticipate buying art, but his love of the works was contagious. We will be back every time we visit! Parker and family
Great art and great prices. It's also in a great location by the corner of Armstrong Park.
I love seeing the variety of sculptures, especially while walking. They're interesting from the car, but walking allows you to see more details, to slow down and see it in context, and to read the placards.

If you love animals you will be in heaven walking into this gallery, not only is there soul and meaning behind every piece but every animal that has existed on earth is alive here in the only Gallery I’ve seen like it anywhere. From giant wall art to very affordable prints if you’re a kind human and in New Orleans make it a priority to go here.

The Odgen fills an important gap in art education here in Louisiana. It's yearly juries exhibit of Louisiana artist offers access to work that could be missed locally as well as giving those artists an opportunity to be noticed at the national level. I enjoy my visits here. Don't miss the view from the rooftop! For shoppers, the gift shop is also a great place to find interesting gifts for the 'hard to shop for folks on your list.
Top of the line. I've followed this gallery since living in central Pennsylvania and can tell you that they qualify for a first floor spot in Chelsea, (Mahattan) but I'm very happy to see that they're one of the galleries that make NOLA such a Great City.
This Gallery is where it's Art ! The owners are knowledgeable and very connected to the Art and inspiration found in this city ! Highly recommend checking it out !

What a delightful little gallery that we happened upon while exploring Magazine Street! Vina was so sweet and kind to us - we thoroughly enjoyed spending some time there talking to her. We loved looking at all the different pieces on display. Vina took her time showing us various interactive art pieces and also taught our daughter how to make a delicious passion fruit lemonade! We bought a few prints and we will definitely be back the next time we are in NOLA. Thank you Vina for a fun afternoon!
