My rating is 2. I bought quests for 15 thousand, which two months later cracked the sole. I came to the store and tried to exchange a defective boot, or rather replace a pair. I understand that any product has a defective percentage ... but such an attitude towards an honest client is simply unacceptable ... I was offered to undergo an examination in Moscow in two weeks ... EEEE .... did not understand ... with an obvious marriage - crack in the technological seam of the sole ....
I wanted to buy cross-country shoes for the summer and autumn, my wife and children ... now most likely I will have to look for an alternative ... the shoes are excellent, the service does not meet modern requirements.
