We appreciate hotel manager Nikita's help! He made conscious effort to greet and ask us about the stay. The hotel has kindly allowed us to extend the late check out. That is very much appreciated.
Great spread on the breakfast
Newer Park Inn Hotel in center of Novosibirsk. In easy walking distance to the main train station, and many restaurants. Hotel is cleen and rooms are well equipped. Staff is another story, by far the most unprofessional reception staff I experienced on a Radisson hotel, not very interested in communicating with you in English... Unless you have to pay.. Then they speak fluident. Email replay is exceptional slow, and agreed check in/out times are not upheld. Radisson chain really need to sort out there problematic approach to customer service.!
Perfectly fine. Only the shower was a bit weird

We booked the hotel directly. RUB3600 included 2 breakfasts, early check-in at 11:00 and late checkout at 18:00. The hotel is new and the staff are friendly. It is located next to the train station.
