Two stars for the fact that: 1. give a state diploma 2. There are still not indifferent teachers who care about students.
And minus three stars for:
1. Disgusting organization of training. Lack of teaching methodology as such, lack of understanding among the leadership of what they teach and why. Constantly changing schedule and teaching staff.
2. Deliberately misleading applicants about the amount of hours and the composition of the group. The site claims 404 hours for one-year-olds without specifying that part of the hours for completing dz is included in the curriculum. In fact, the university gives 300 hours, and 104 for "independent study" - while there is not a single manual of the university teachers, and the teachers are not aware that they must verify the volume of what they have independently studied. When asked what to study and where to get information, the answer is "well, look on the Internet." Given that students pay not for 300, but for 404 hours. When recruiting, they promised rupau no more than 15 people. In fact, 26 began to study.
3. Inadmissible manner of communication of the dean when discussing issues on the curriculum and problems of organizing training. A person with a transition to personalities allows himself to offend both students and teachers of his own faculty.
It is impossible to agree on anything and get adequate knowledge for your money. And the general impression is not at all the level of the university. Yes, this is the only place in the city of N with a state diploma. However, why they give this diploma is a big question. If you want a profession and good knowledge - definitely not here. For the teachers are good, but there are so few classes that they all shrug their shoulders - each approached the dean with questions and all were sent without answers. Only commerce. Very, very sad.
The best student years can only be spent here! Thank you for this favorite department of urban planning and landscape architecture. I want to express special thanks to the rector of NSUADI Bagrova Natalya Viktorovna for her sensitive leadership and responsiveness! 7 years of training were not in vain. Love you!

Awful institution, training at a very low level. The level of comfort in the building is even lower. Think 100 times before entering this institution.
Teachers are often late for classes or do not show up or cancel classes. Most teachers are generally reluctant to talk about anything. No dining room. Training is more for show. If you want to get real knowledge, and not just a diploma, then you are definitely not here
Not a bad institute, though when I wasn’t last, the name was different, Scientific Research Institute of Chemical Fertilizers and Toxic Chemicals (NIIHUYA).
The building is good though the radiation is very strong, barely survived, but
there were a lot of radiation medicine inside. In general, I recommend.
