It's an Awesome place. May not have a star rating but I will recommend it is with 5 star. Awesome food, Awesome service, Awesome ambiance, Awesome staff. So nice, everything is GREAT. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Highly Recommend. Great Hotel.
The location was actually really nice. The attic on top was a nice addition to the room. We had a two day stay for our honeymoon, and with all the travelling we were "always" late for our meals. The staff was always sweet enough to accommodate this. The level of hospitality was very good. It was overall a really good experience. :)
Good place for all the items for Buddhist alms giving. Correct items prepared. Staff is good. Prices are competitive. No dedicated parking space and have to use shared parking space.

"Grand hotel" the name says it all! It's an old English styled high class place! A hotel which loves the nature, the gardens are so beautiful! Excellent service from the staff! It's very popular among the locals and also among many tourists. They have a variety of restaurants which makes it easy for the guests to choose what they want. The food is great in all the restaurants (Pizzas at the T lounge are so delicious) Since it's a classy place you can't expect cheap prices but the prices are relatively good. A must visit in Nuwara Eliya!

Holy Trinity Chappel- Nuwara eliya
A meeting was held in 1845 to build a chappel and one gentleman named Nelson was appointed as an architect. the estimated cost was sterling pounds 900. work was done by the 15th regiment under the supervision of Major Bunker. the chappel was opened on 24th february 1852.
further enlargements were done to the eastern side in 1889.
it also has a pipe orgen which is still functioning.
the chappel land has many tomb stones which tell the hard and difficult story of britishers life in the island. Many have died at the very young age due to malaria and accidents.
A place with vast and very rare antique collections. A very nice group of people are working. The layout is very pleasing. Located in a quiet environment. Very clean value added. The old bear is not damaged by its historicity
