Always love going to Michaels! The staff are always friendly. They always make you feel welcomed. Love their prices also...
Always clean and easy to find help if you need it. Plus they are always friendly I love all of the options for a person who's interested in diy projects, painting and hobbies. Prices are higher. But if your looking for something more than likely you will find it here. You know when you think the WOW (Walmart)will have it and then they don't, then you end up making two trips when if you just checked at Michael's. They also have awesome sales. Bathrooms are always clean
The store is so exciting! I didn't want to leave! The help was great and the store was very organized. There was so much to look at at so many things to choose from at a great price. I will definitely return. Also, I left with what I went in for.
Always such a pleasure to be shopping at Michaels however; when I went last Saturday, I couldn't find the chalk markers (I always have a tough time anywhere I go finding these) and also could t find glass eyes, so with great hesitation I asked a male store associate for help and what a shock....this young man was eager, yes eager, to assist me and stopped what he was doing to discuss that they only carry the plastic googly eyes and he apologized and he lead me right to the chalk markers....top notch customer service that I really found refreshing and pleasant. So, here's a shameless shout out to Matt at Pier Park Michael's....he is unique and it shows how much he loves his job there...he's a tremendous asset and I thank y'all for him being there. Thanks Matt, your a rock star!
