Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. This store need another employee so wait times are less than an hour.
I have had great prior experiences at this location...but, this particular day was very disappointing!
Ole Donovan announced as he was spending more time talking to his customer friend about the fact that he was quitting SW, and that he “had to pee”, than he was helping his customers. Meanwhile there were 4 more customers waiting in line(2 of which eventually left)...hopefully this won’t happen next time I stop in for paint. Otherwise, I will shop elsewhere for my painting needs from now on!
