Reviews from visitors:
Visited a few years ago. The host was most gracious, gave us a fascinating history of wine making in Cyprus. I remember him showing us a wine goblet for women which dribbled, used in ancient Cyprus. I would love to get more information on this.
Worth a visit. Very nice staff. Aĺlow about 40 mins or a bit longer if you are tasting.
Very informative. I don’t like wine but it was very interesting and a tasting at the end.
A great place, really nice hostess
A bit expensive for what you're getting.
A very quaint museum. Very small in size but packs a lot of history relevant to the making of wine. A very enthusiastic and competent guide shows you around the exhibits prior to watching a film of wine through the ages, set to me sic played by the resident orchestra. The tasting experience takes place downstairs in a lovely well lit open space. Depending on the type of tour you are undertaking identifies how many of the wines and spirits you can taste. The tasting is accompanied by bread sticks, cheese and other wine made sweets. A most enjoyable tour if you have the time to discuss the produce with the guide. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.
