Michael was amazing! He called within half an hour of me making an order - even though it was the weekend - to ensure that I had the downloads and to inform me of how the delivery system would work.
On the day of delivery he messaged me the tracking number etc even though it was on a second email confirmation. This is a guy that goes beyond customer support
