One of those places that I'll remember as one of the worst places I've stayed at for my entire holiday. At 2000baht a night maybe this place would be acceptable, but it's 13,000baht a night, and I have to rate price for performance. Not many places will prompt me to write a personal letter to Accor, but this is going to be one of those places.
As the kitchen, I've had better meals out of microwave boxes. Half the staff are lazy AF, no matter how much you tip them. They're disorganized. The place smells like sewerage, and they won't even get you towels for the pool.
Anyway, they're gaming the reviews, stay anywhere - else.
Came here a few years ago and would love to go back there soon. The staff were friendly and the place was gorgeous. All amenities are well kept and the golf cart ride to your room was fun. Pool is very nice and overall a relaxing resort. Only complaint was that the bathroom did not have a lock. But other than that everything was great !
Hillslope hotel sprawling 4 joining blocks, served by 3 swimming pools; breakfast & food (esp the thai food) good quality, rooms well equipped, hugged by green hills, good views esp those facing the largest pool. Spa is good although hotel price $$$. Hotel manager very helpfully hands-on with guests. Evening dusk view from the lobby and open air spacious rooftop bar & restaurant -- gives atmospheric evening view. Frequent free shuttle to Patong beach. Good walking to surrounding beaches (Paradise, Rainbow, and the panoramic Tri Trang)
This Hotel is Amazing, for the Service of the 2 Managing Guys i would like to give 10++++ because you feel very familylike here.. they always around and helps you. Also if you have small Problems (like today at the Pool) they manage it perfectly. Because this small Problem today, they offer me a fruitplate, chocolate and a wine and a apologies for this experience. And i know this commes from the heart. Next time i will be in Phuket i will take the same Hotel Avista Hideaway. Greetings from Janek Room 1007.
