Our 2019 vacation experience here was wonderful.
The condo was brand new and not 100% complete, there were some minor things still being finished.
The property is beautiful and in a great location. Being only a 1/2 block off 5th avenue we found the noise at night to be relatively minimal.
The staff was absolutely wonderful, extremely friendly, I can’t say enough good things about all of them. They made us feel welcome, comfortable and safe. Iris the rental manager is a real gem and fantastic at what she does, a real asset to her company. She was super friendly, accommodating and very responsive to any messages we sent and in person. We did have a couple of small problems during our stay but she was quick to make them right and we were 100% happy with our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Great experience, they have a beautiful rooftop . In my opinion this is not exactly a hotel , it’s like a private and contemporary condo right in 5th Avenue. Starbucks is right there and you can walk to the shopping stores. The only Inconvenience is the Parking lot if you drive a car, you gotta find your own place, there is a parking lot 1 block away from distrito corazon. In general I recommend this place and we’ll be back for the next visit in Playa del Carmen. Thank you Pepe and Iris for taking care of us.
Very beautiful and modern, unbeatable location half a block from the 5th. Avenida el RG excellent.
