Roy Petley is a very well known Artist and owner in his 'art'field. The gallery is very sophisticated in its art just loved the warm feeling on entering with there beautiful Newfoundland. Friends bought a beautifull painting and it was shipped to Holland with 3 days and very well received.
Very bad experience with Roy, he is not a very good person and I lost a lot of money in a deal with him! Its my private opinion after...
Cound we speak just facts?
- You (The Roy gallery) bedded my item on Ebay (300), we paid 30% of professional packing by MBE and delivery to you
- You send me photos of damage item on your table (small piece) and ask a full refund, I accept it and sent to you the courier to pick up the parcel, the Ebay guaranteed to you 100% Money back
- You take put the possible antique/vintage Chinese pottery item (very large!!!) in the "empty" box (in one of 2 in original packing), just 1 bubble cover (where is my other box and other packing material?! Its looks that you dont like that my item will arriving back home good and safety! And you told me that its cost extra money from me / but Ebay rulls - you need delivery how you take it or in original condition and packing. You totally broke art PIECE, my art piece!!!
- You don't say SORRY and make help to find solution, you just WRITE NEGATIVE COMMENT on MY EBAY GALLERY (100% positive) - and I give it back like my experience WITH YOU! ... why did you not pack it well?

I have have dealt with Mr.Petley on a few occasions and each one has been a pleasure and hassle free from purchasing to delivery.
