Fantastic renting experience. Organized a rental of 4 e-bikes with baby trailer, and an additional road bike in person. Everything went super smooth and they delivered and picked up from our villa without any problems or issues. All the bikes were well maintained and we had no issues whatsoever. 5 stars for service, 5 stars for bike quality, 5 stars for delivery service, 5 stars for good pricing. Thanks!
We rented 3 bikes and were super excited about exploring that part of the island... sadly, the lady that checked us in was not very nice and saw a problem in every little thing.... I wonder who gave them good reviews at all? I hope for the future of her business that she reconsiders the quality of her service. I would like to stress out that we were able to return the bikes later than 7:00 pm so that was really kind. Although, upon returning we mentioned that the valve of one of the bikes might be broken - and we immediately got attacked... made me so sad... especially because I was first given a helmet that had a broken padding and felt horrible on head, I asked for a second one I was given a large and xl - like I am sorry but that will do nothing to save me - unless it will stay on my head! Needless to say - I don’t mind being responsible for a flat tire - when it is flat! But don’t accuse your customers before checking and making sure it was their fault! The helmet and the tire were a great examples of not being customer oriented but just blaming them on everything... I say stay away from this place and find a place that will care about you as a customer.
Great place! Very happy with the bikes and very helpful, friendly staff. Would definitely use them again!
Hired a bike Decmeber 2019. for my visit in June, Prior to the reduction of the refund amount, I contected them to ask what woud happen if i have to cancel. they said no problem , even if you give short notice you will get a full refund ( they normally reduce the amonut the less notice you give) So i did not cancel in the hope I coud go .....COVID Hits all flights stopped, contacted Go2Cycle and they offer a voucher. despite saying full refund will be honored !!!!!! I hve no intentions of going back to Majorca. this was a one off visit ......and never heard from them since
We hired 2 e mountain bikes. We had some technical problems, but after a call this was sorted out very well by exchanging the bike for another one. We had a great cycle day based on directions given in the shop. Thanks again for the service.
