I definitely do not recommend this store. The store's procedures and policy are incomprehensible to me. Everything is beautiful when placing the order and until all the money has been paid (before assembly). Then the blocks start. The first assembly took place within the prescribed period (after 8 weeks), however, apparently the goods are not checked after arrival from the factory / before arrival to the customer and on the spot it turned out that 2 of the 7 door frames arrived damaged, which prevented their assembly. The complaint lasted another 8 weeks and here there is no option for any feedback ... without daily calls and requests, the topic would probably last several weeks longer;)
but finally it is! succeeded! - assembly of the advertised door frames has been arranged. The gentlemen arrived in the morning at an earlier arranged time .... they are spreading cardboard boxes - and here what? one of the 3 parts of the frame is missing from the set that came from the factory !!! Another 8 weeks of waiting appeared before our eyes. Fortunately, only a team of sensational fitters deserves praise there (gentlemen definitely know their stuff) who stood up to the task and organized the missing part from another set that was in stock (probably someone else will wait 8 weeks now: D)

A salon in which there is nothing (no slats of this brand, in nearby Leroy there is a larger selection of them!), And you know nothing and quote the internet. I have tested it myself. Well, dress warmly, bring hats, and the salon is a hall without heating, colder than outside. This is not a joke. As for the slats, I don't know why to go there ...
Given the history of Vox, I was hoping to find a larger assortment in this store, but maybe the market caused Vox to try to find a gap, that it wants some specialization, unlike the big DIY stores where you can find everything. If Someone Needs to Find a Wide Range of Doors and a very large range of floors is worth a look here. it is a building located on one of the most frequented streets almost in the center of Poznań. Near the living room there is a carpentry shop where you can order services, however, dates are not too close.
