Large variety
Nice place to buy stationary and things for arts, not so much a book store, there're mostly textbooks.

While the store has almost everything regarding stationery and almost all the staff are helpful but there is a policy of No Returns. Not even a credit note. You want to return something, you have to get something else. I bought a sample for something for just 1 euro and I wanted to return it since the company I worked for did not want it. However one of the ladies there told me about No Returns policy but just exchange. I did not want anything since it was company's money. I told her 1 euro taught me not to come here again. Her answer, "Fine by us!"
Point was not the money, point was their dumb policy. If I had bought a printer for 100 euros and would want to return it, they won't accept it and I would be stuck with an unwanted item.
Change your policy please.
