The hotel was absolutely amazing!! It was very clean both inside the rooms and also to all of its facilities -pool, bars, restaurants and waterpark. The food was excellent and every night was a nice surprise for us! The most important was how friendly and helpfull was all the staff- including the manager of the hotel- to us and especially to our kids!! I recommend it 100% for your holidays!!!
Absolutely beautiful resort with fantastic food and drink. Rooms are modern, spacious and always clean. The only comment I have is about the timings for meals as dinner doesn’t start until 7. For most this is fine, but our young children were struggling to stay awake until 7 after a day at the lovely pool in the sun. However I must say that the food was always excellent and the staff friendly, even with our young children being a bit out of sorts. The cleaning staff were excellent and always went above and beyond our expectations, beds and towels changed daily where required.
Only stayed for a week in may 2019 ,had a bad start to the holiday with our flight with Thomas Cook , delayed for a full day!! Made it even worse when we finally got here & found it was so amazing, all the staff were friendly even the cleaners, they put on shows in the evening which were good too, to be honest this had everything , it was hard to have a couple of nights in the town & leave the complex , Food was fabulous & a great setting to eat by the pool,can't say anything negative about this place, it's a great village but next time I stay I want my own pool like some other lucky people had!! It was an amazing experience, it had an amazing accommodation , transport to town and the beach , lovely staff and delicious food. They also had the most superb and amazing entertainers who you will never see without a heartwarming smile on their faces. Their shows are entertaining and a joy to watch and they even run a great kids club anyways in conclusion its an amazing place and I recommend that you go their and see for yourself
My wife and I stayed here in 2017, we loved it that much we are back at the moment with friends and family,14 in the party, food and service is amazing,we are flying are son out today for 5 days. If you get to stay we are in room 107, it has a sea view. It's all Amazing.
