Reviews from visitors:
We came here in October 2019. It was an amazing day out. We watched lots of shows with different animals. There is a big water slide which my boyfriend loved & i probably would aswel but can't swim
Mediocre experience overall. Staff enthusiasm made up most of the positive points. A poor start when we got there, paid upfront for 2 adults only to find out when we got there we had to pay again for the bus before we could enter. Free drinks was OK, jugs of beer/sangria and a selection of soft drinks. BBQ/Buffet was set out in the hall during the night. Food was of a good standard but wasn't very easy to get up from the picnic benches when everyone was already sat down. Entertainment was basic overall with the line dancing lesson being the highlight for me. Seen similar nights executed far better elsewhere, but everyone seemed like they had a pleasant night.
Loved the visitor aspects however the white tiger should not be alone, there are signs of stress (pacing around the enclosure), the tiger has nowhere to hide from the public due to the glass and high viewing area, there should be a gradual ramp into the pool not just a drop and it should have more enrichment and another tiger in the enclosure. The meerkats should also not be placed next to the bird of prey arena as they could see the birds flying above and were alarm calling, their enclosure could have also been better designed. Other than that I had a really good time.
All the shows were brilliant, specially the bird shows. Just wished the animals had a bit more room to run around in. So they could reach a bit of speed when they want to run. But otherwise very good. Food great & really good value for money
Didn't expect to like it this much! Was very well maintained. The animals very well taken care of (what you can see).
I don't like shows with wild animals, that remains, but they use it very smart to really tell people more about the animals and how they live in the wild (and how we should care more for them and the environment, but that's a bit double when you are in an entertainment park...). The 'show' with the dolphins was a good example. Very little 'tricks' but a well told story about the animals and conservation.
A big plus is the shadow all over the park and the possibility to take a dive in the water park after visiting the animals.
