They always have some interesting exhibition. My recommendation

Great place and the entry is often free.

Currently it is showing some stuff about Croatian culture. Lots of reading to do with a few videos to watch. You can also hear some traditional Croatian music on the headphones, which is quite amazing. Definitely worth taking a look.

Enjoyed the exhibition in May 2017. Beautiful building. Most of the exhibition included English annotations which was appreciated.

Nice art museum, it's free and accessible and shows different displays, ask what's the current theme/display when you go there :)
