We’ve stayed at multiple Royalton resorts and have never had any major issues and they’ve all been beautiful. But this resort has poor service, from check-in to check-out it was bad. People packed into the lobby for check-in that took 3 hours. Having to go to the sister resort to make dinner reservations and then to only have one restaurant open each night. Went to Hunter one evening (we had reservations) and got in an hour after our reservation, it took 30 minutes just to get water. We left before dessert because we couldn’t get any service and the kids were too tired to wait. Our reservations were at 8pm. We got in at 9pm, and left dessert-less after 11pm. No pool side service, even when paying for a reserved poolside bed.
The floors in the rooms were filthy. I had to tell our kids to leave their shoes on in the room and take them off just before getting into bed to try to keep the dirt off the bedding. We ended up switching rooms and the next was cleaner and nicer for sure but of course cost more (not a big deal).
We had a great time and made the best of it and made great memories. I just wouldn’t choose to return to this resort!
Awesome place to vacation! Spent 3 nights and 4 days and it was great. There are times where you have to walk a lot but it's worth it.

I enjoyed my short stay there. It is very spread out. So, you have to wait for the golf cart to take u around.
Food choices are plenty. Good drinks. And the casino is open. Club still closed.
It's very nice place to be for vacation.
Great people working here.
A bit of slow service, sometimes lack of shampoo in rooms.
With tips everything is perfect !!!
