Fantastic resort. Immediate access to a white sand beach and a huge pool with a hot tub. Very spacious with restaurants and bars on site. Happy hour every day from 5p-8p. Would definitely return.
It is nice, overall. Good pools and beach. Secluded, away from main tourist area. Good is decent and not too expensive. The hotel is on a large property, so plenty of room for exploring on foot or with bike. Much of the area is not accessible by car. We used the old beach: The hotel there is shuttered, so we had the whole place to ourselves, but you can't get there by car. Interesting nature area with Cenotes you can swim in. Free with hotel stay. Big golf course. Wife liked the large rooms. All have a sea view of some type. We liked our trip a lot. Too expensive in high season...
If you are a young couple looking for a place to relax and have fun, that's definitely not the place!! That's not the place to relax! Even though the hotel is on the beach, beautiful white sand beach, service is absolutely terrible. They have an all inclusive package, nothing I eat or drink is in this package, it's extra. All the extra they mistakenly charge the wrong price, always expensive than it's shown in the menu. There's a cynicism in the air when personnel talk to you. They're trained to be fake. Food is just ordinary, coffee is the worst I ever had, the expresso is a cheap quality one. Roads around the hotel are not free to drive, even though that's the way Google maps is orienting you to reach a given place. And to finalize in an empty beach I was told topless is not allowed because that's a family hotel... So if you are a young couple, looking for a place to relax and have fun during your time off, that's definitely not the kind of place for you to spend your money and time.

This place is amazing. It's the perfect hidden getaway. The private beach is one of the best things you can do. Watching the sunrise withittle or no people around you is worth any price. The grounds are well kept. The staffing friendly. Alice at the front desk did an amazing job helping me with a bunch of things that I needed. She was knowledgeable about the property, the amenities and another information that i needed. She has great customer service skills and was super friendly. She always had a smile on her face and solved any issues I had. The entire bell and security staff that I interacted with were great and the the staff at the beach restaurant and spa were amazing as well. I definitely will be back and highly recommend this resort.
