If anyone is looking for deals for hotels check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a resort on there and these guys had the absolute best rates just about anywhere!
I love this place. The staff is amazing. I had 26 people with me to celebrate my birthday. The staff helped to plan an amazing dinner on the beach for us. The spa was great. They made sure all of my guest were happy.
This resort was beautiful, clean, and very professional. I travelled with my family and we all had a blast. The lobby was so spacious, the rooms were very clean, and lots of options for food. The food was amazing; they also have this coffee shop that makes the perfect spot for snacks and drinks. The beach was so clean; the only problem was the vicious waves that made it hard to swim in.
Overall this hotel was perfect and I highly recommend it when visiting the Dominican.
Overall a terrific Hotel with great pools staff and rooms. Everything was super clean and ready for guests. We had a terrific time and are really enjoying the hotel. The food at Oceanside was fantastic as well as Hunter and Zen and Rio. The experience at Zen is worth your evening and the chef's go out of their way for a stellar experience of you get an early seating. Cons, we hated having to book our restaurants each night and stand in line with other people every morning to ensure we would get to eat that night. As this is vacation this really takes away from the experience. What if we want to sleep in? When we went on excursions we had no choice but to go to the fast food restaurant because even going to front desk won't get you reservations. If you leave early or return late you are out of luck for food. We also didn't like that there are two options for lunch. You can have burgers and hotdogs by the beach or you can get out of your bathing suit and go into the buffet. There are other food options but they are closed during the pandemic. We got very tired of burgers. I think this hotel would be very good to add a couple more options for those who don't want to go inside to eat. The pizza or smoothies would be terrific. Also, although there are fridges in the rooms with complimentary drinks in two weeks were didn't get ours restocked so don't expect that.

But as diamond club you pay extra but you don’t get top shelf drinks every time we ask they said we don’t have !!
Some places service was horrible
We always pay extra for diamond club and presidential suite but I don’t see point you still don’t get the things you pay for !! Every time we liked certain alcoholic beverage after second drink they will say they don’t have it
Some employees very unprofessional
But there are few who make it great
The guy at coffee shop I forgot his name he is the best !!
We had to talk to manager to get seltzer water lol
But overall not bad place place is clean and beautiful
The beach could be cleaner they never clean the beach between the chairs full of empty bottles and cups

I spent some time here with my family amidst the pandemic and I had one of the best experiences of my life.
All of the staff was wonderful and accommodating to every thing I wanted. Some workers were disgruntled, but life happens and they did their job to assist me even if they didn’t have the most chipper attitude .
Big shout out to Ruben , Alberto, Jansen, Brasil, and Wilton. You guys made me and my bros feel like home.
