Nice place. Clean and comfortable appartments. Helpful staff. A little bit nosy because of railways near the building.

We stayed for four nights - parents and two young children. We had a larger apartment than what we originally booked, which was great, and they provided a baby bed as well. We stayed in no. 19 with a huge bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen/living room has a fold out sofa. WiFi worked for the first two days, but then something happened and it was off which was a bit inconvenient. Small TV with Italian channels. The apartment is clean and tidy with lots of storage space and nice towels. You can hear the trains but it was not bad as the bedroom is facing away from the tracks. Shower has good water pressure but could use a new shower head. Kitchen is small but functional with a bit of imagination. Remember that if you want to cook, you may want to bring essentials such as salt and pepper, a bit of oil, an extra tea towel and sponge, kitchen paper and so on, but all can be bought in the supermarket on the Main Street a few blocks away. Utensils are sparse but you can make it work. The beds are not great. Very hard mattresses with no top mattress which would have been a welcome addition to the comfort level - but otherwise ok. Area is nice, quiet and a five minute walk from the beach but do expect it to be very difficult to find parking. I would come back again due to the location and spacious apartment which is always nice when travelling with kids.

Such convenient apartment. This is not luxury but we found them clean and modern and the hosts very helpful and kind. There is laundry facilities in the lobby which was great for us traveling with baby . The apartments have everything you need (except a coffee machine) very close to beach and shops . Walking distance to Rimini old town is possible . The train is next to the building but we didn't hear it at all . Plenty of street parking around .
