The product received form Jarir Olaya Street, Riyadh branch were not matching the actual specifications advertised at website. And it's worst customer service center didn't resolve the matter as well.
I've registered a service request against my order# 11287030. I received the laptop with Windows 10 Home but the description mentioned as per jarir.com was Windows 10 Pro.
So the customer service informed me that they would provide Windows 10 Pro "key" to me to upgrade my current windows from Home to Pro.
So far no action over that so please advise me the status of my request#21001994.
Best place to buy electronics from. Their warranty is excellent and they are more than happy to help
Great shop for electronics, stationaries, electronics and everything they sell, prices of electronics and devices may be a bit overpriced, but you get 2 years of warranty and their after sale services are very professional and value quality
Good for quality stationary items not for electronics, prices are unnecessarily high compare to other stores in the region.
