Positive experience!. Sesto Senso Art Gallery is a Wonderfull and best contemporary art gallery in Rome I ever known. I love the beautiful paintings by the artist Antonio Tamburro, he's a nice person and a great artist. I love his art works, each painting transmits different emotions. The energetic brushstrokes of colors immediately catch our eyes and create a melodious visual symphony. I love his colorful umbrellas, full of movement, as well as his sensual women into the coffe and his cities full of life and poetry. I recently also discovered the theme of musical instruments, like the jazz paintings that are simply wonderful.
The Gallery team is very kind, helpful and professional. I recommend to visit it!.
Wonderfull Art Gallery in Rome, I love these artists!.
A positive experience on 18 March 2019 on the occasion of the inauguration of the photo exhibition by Paolo Raeli "Les couleurs des petites choses", during the month of photography in Rome. The inauguration was very beautiful, there were many people of different ages, including the young photographer whom I met with great pleasure thanks to the gallery owner who presented it to me.
I appreciated the choice of the gallery to exhibit the photographs of Paolo Raeli together with the paintings of Antonio Tamburro because they conversed perfectly together, despite being two artists of different genres and artistic maturity. Antonio Tamburro's paintings are a triumph of colors, energy and expressive strength, executed with a masterful technique. Paolo Raeli's photographs have a particular light and blurs. His shots capture a lost and romantic dimension of life in the lens. I still have a beautiful photograph together with the artist and the gallerist made by a friend of mine on the opening night.
The gallery owner was very professional in the information, but above all she was very nice, hospitable and kind.
The Sesto Senso art gallery is located on Via Margutta, one of the most famous streets in the historic center of Rome for art and its artistic history. Still today it preserves all the charm, the atmosphere and the elegance of the past; it is a corner of paradise where it is possible to see talented international artists in the art galleries.
As a simple and passionate art lover I spent a pleasant and enjoyable evening in a welcoming and festive atmosphere.
Positive experience !. I had the pleasure of visiting the Sesto Senso Gallery during the last edition of Rome Art Week.
It was a great honor to meet the talented artist Antonio Tamburro who exhibited together with a young artist. Antonio is a very nice, positive and humble person. He spoke spontaneously and sincerely about art and life.
I have good memories of the event and the art gallery, run by kind, helpful and very professional people !.
The girl who welcomed me described me with a rare kindness and great preparation all the works on display.
A girl who loves her job, very competent, polite and smiling. He puts himself at your complete disposal and makes you feel at ease even if you are not in the industry.
Following my first visit, I was pleasantly in touch with the gallery, which always updated me on events and the exhibition program on a regular basis, without ever being intrusive.
I am happy to continue to follow the exhibition activity of this beautiful art gallery, which in addition to offering impeccable artistic quality, also knows how to maintain excellent human relationships with all its customers and admirers. I highly recommend it to everyone !.
Negative experience that of 21 June 2018 on the occasion of the Music Festival in via Margutta. The atmosphere, which would have been dreamy, relaxing and pleasant thanks to the exhibition of the harps in front of the gallery and to the painter who painted a work, was ruined by the presence of the "gallery owner" (as she called herself, with a haughty tone), probably daughter of the painter. A girl (25 years old?) Arrogant, presumptuous, spoiled, with the stench under her nose and, most likely, repressed. All the while she complained about passers-by photographing her father's work (held outdoors) or photographing the harps but she was afraid that her father's work would also enter the photo. If a work is exhibited in a famous street and where a demonstration is taking place, it cannot be surprised if the public takes pictures. Next time he should exhibit it in the gallery if he expects no one to photograph. He spent all the time disturbing his listening by lecturing passers-by without sparing himself comments in a loud voice completely out of place, such as "one thing is that a friend of mine takes the picture, one thing this populace. What do I know if do they post photos on Facebook without mentioning the artist? ". Her problem was her personal ego, because she was not interested in free publicity or expansion of her father's art in the knowledge of the people ... even without mentioning the author. Fortunately, the mother of the "gallery owner" intervened and, realizing how ridiculous her daughter was, repeatedly urged her to stop and that the photos would be free advertising. The young lady complained even if the public stopped for more than a minute in front of the gallery covering the window .... and pointed it out with her haughty manner, even here without sparing comments in front of the interested parties and the public with phrases like " but is it normal that these people cover the window "? (Which then did not say because the public would not be able to see the window, but because she had to stop in front of it! But in fact only the populace passed in front of it, right?) This little girl does not know what education is, nor what it is. 'humility. And know that your father is neither Van Gogh nor Botticelli (and even in that case this arrogance would have justified you).
