Reviews from visitors:
Amazing place. It's a former salami factory made into the Art galery and this place also serves as a home for a handful of refugees from South America. So much art in one place. Very authentic and original. Definitely recommend to visit. Getting there is but tricky and surroundings aren't nice but its definitely worth paying a visit there.
It was ones a industry before. then later becomes an art museum. So many beautiful stuffs to see. many artists do come and live a art work for the growth of the place. Gloves which were left by the workers before are being chang into make different art works.
It's hard to rate this as we didn't manage to get in. But the experience was positive anyway.
We caught the bus out to the gallery from termini. It was relatively easy. We went on a Sunday. It was easy enough to find at the building was covered in some awesome graffiti. We got to the gate and entered and kids were playing in the yard being over looked by their parent. We were politely told that the Gallery was only open Saturday. We missed it by a day! Remember that the gallery is also the home of a large community and it is great that they open it up one day a week to the public. We thanked them and made our way back to central.
Make sure you go on a Saturday.
Incredible street art museum in an abandoned factory occupied by immigrant families. A really unique place
It is a former slaughterhouse used as a museum where people live there (illegally). the fact that some artists have used it as a museum cannot tear down that dilapidated building in my opinion, the works could be moved.
