Super building housing lots of fine arts from the colonial era in particular. Free entry and there is a small shop with some excellent art books.

Fantastic and fabulous museum!

The date I visited 1/2 of the museum was undergoing a reset. It's actually a tiny facility barely taking 30 min. to experience. I'll return for the full museum...
